Thoughtful strategy.
Measurable progress.

At TEDI Consultancy, we believe meaningful inclusion requires more than policies and good intentions. We work with organisations to identify barriers, challenge existing practices and develop evidence-informed approaches that create lasting change. Training is one part of that work, alongside audits, strategy, leadership development and evaluation.
